Excellent work quality and timeliness. Even building inspector said “These guys know what they’re doing.” Tim Highfield (owner) has been exceptionally responsive and communicative. His bid was almost the same as one other considered, and then he added a few options at no additional charge. He kept me fully informed by phone and email regularly, and is highly customer oriented. His workmanship warranty is 10 years – twice what others offered. Great work and outstanding customer service. I’d use his company any time.
